3. The Auto Glazer Mobile App

The Auto Glazer app is for the staff of businesses that use AutoGlazer. Your employer creates your account and decides how the app is used in their business, and we process the information below on their behalf, to provide AutoGlazer to them.

3.1 What the App Collects

• Your account: your name, email address, phone number and role, as your employer set them up.
• Location: if you turn location sharing on, your precise location while you are signed in, including while the app is in the background, so that your office can see where you are, estimate when you will arrive and give you jobs nearby. Sharing is optional. You can turn it on, and see whether it is on, in the app under Profile, Location, and turn it off by signing out or in your phone's settings.
• Job records: the photos you take of vehicles and work, your notes, and customers' signatures, which are added to the job.
• Device details: your phone's model, operating system and app version, and a notification token, so that we can send you job notifications and support the app.
• Feedback you send from the app.

The PIN that locks the app, Face ID and your fingerprints stay on your phone. The PIN is kept only in a form that can't be turned back into the number, and the app is only told whether Face ID or a fingerprint succeeded, never your face or fingerprint data.

3.2 How Long We Keep It

Location history is deleted after 90 days, unless your employer sets a different period. Your account and job records are kept for as long as your employer uses AutoGlazer, or until they delete them.

3.3 Who Can See It

Your employer can see the information above. We use service providers to run AutoGlazer: our hosting providers, Apple and Google to deliver notifications and to turn locations into addresses, and mapping services to show maps and look up addresses. They may use it only to provide their service to us, and must protect it to at least the standard we do. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

3.4 Your Choices

You can turn off location, notifications, camera and photo access in your phone's settings, though some features will not work without them. To see, correct or delete your information, ask your employer, or contact us at support@autoglazer.com.

We use the information we collect to:
