Built for one person doing every job
Most business software assumes there is an office and someone in it. Lite does not. One sign-in is both the office and the fitter, so a job booked for a day goes to you without you allocating it to yourself, and a purchase order doesn't sit waiting for someone to approve it.
The app carries an Office tab with enquiries, quotes, the job book, invoices and customers, so the paperwork can be done between jobs. The web app is there too when you sit down at a computer in the evening.
What is included
- Enquiries, quotes, jobs and invoices, with credit notes and payments
- The glass parts finder by UK registration or make and model, with supplier prices on the quote
- Insurance jobs, with the excess and the insurer's balance invoiced separately
- Customers, stock, your van, fuel cards and MOT and tax dates
- Photos, customer signatures and damage records on a car diagram
- A one-lane schedule that works as your diary
What Lite leaves out
Only what needs a team: more than one person, several branches, roles and permissions you can edit, the audit trail, the Fitter Tracker, staff records and holiday requests, purchase order approval, and fitter league tables. If you take someone on, you move to Full and your jobs, customers and quotes stay where they are.

Which phone do I need?
Today that means an Android phone, using the AutoGlazer app on Google Play. The iPhone and iPad app is built but is not on the App Store yet. The office side works in a web browser on any computer.
