There are two plans. Lite is for one person who owns the business, does the office work and does the fitting: £50 per month on an annual commitment, excluding VAT, and your first month is free. Full is for teams and is priced by branch and by fitter: on an annual commitment (a 12-month contract billed monthly) it is from £300 per branch per month plus £50 per fitter per month, excluding VAT. A rolling monthly plan is available at a higher rate on both. WhatsApp and SMS messaging are £50 per month each, and the Fitter Tracker, which is part of Full, is £5 per fitter per month.

The calculator in the pricing section works out the cost of the Full plan, and a table there sets Lite and Full side by side. For several depots or a national account, contact us at support@autoglazer.com and we will price it properly.

Lite has what one person needs to run a glass-fitting business: enquiries, quotes, jobs, invoices, customers, stock and vehicles, the glass parts finder, and the iPhone, iPad and Android apps, including the office on your phone. It has one sign-in. Full adds what a team needs: more than one person, several branches, roles and permissions you can edit, an audit trail, staff records and holidays, purchase order approval, and the Fitter Tracker as an add-on.

If your team grows you can move from Lite to Full, and your jobs, customers and quotes stay where they are. The pricing section has the two side by side.

If you are a one-person business on the Lite plan, your first month is free. Book a demo, and once we have walked you through it we set up your own company so you can use it for real.

For teams there is no self-serve trial. We start with a demo: we walk you through the system on a call, using a demo company full of sample jobs, quotes and invoices, and answer questions about how your own business would run on it.

The Fitter Tracker (a live map of your fitters) is an optional add-on.

Raise an invoice from a completed job, or start one from scratch for any customer. Invoices carry VAT per line and come out as a tax invoice PDF. They can be emailed to the customer, and payments, credit notes and write-offs are recorded against them. An invoice can be in the customer's currency while your books stay in your own currency. Once an invoice is issued it is corrected with a credit note, not edited.

Reports cover what customers owe by age, tax, sales, foreign exchange and cash received, and you can upload a bank statement and match it to payments.

You can export invoices, credit notes, payments and supplier bills as CSV files for your accountant today. Direct links to QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, FreeAgent, Zoho Books and NetSuite are coming soon, so tell us which one you use at support@autoglazer.com.

Supplier price search is built in. If you need to connect something else, contact us to discuss it.

Online card payment is coming soon. Customers will pay from the link in their invoice email, and the payment will be recorded against the invoice for you. Until then you record payments yourself, whether they arrive by card, bank transfer or cash, and the invoice, its job and the customer's receipt follow.

Access is controlled by permissions, grouped into roles. AutoGlazer comes with roles for fitters, controllers, accounts, managers and owners, and each company can change what each role may do and add roles of its own. The company's owner always keeps full access.

Changes to users, roles and permissions are written to an audit trail that shows who changed what, and when.

Yes. The fitter schedule shows whether each fitter is online and where they last reported. The optional Fitter Tracker adds a live map of every fitter with their route on the road, stops and drive times, and a replay of the day, back through your location history.

Location comes from the fitter's phone, and only while they have location sharing turned on in the app. Seeing it needs its own permission, so you decide which people in the office can. Location history is kept for 90 days unless your company chooses a different period. See our Privacy Policy.

Fitters see their jobs for the day with addresses and routing, update status as they go, take before-and-after photos, and get the customer's signature on the phone. They can record damage the car already had on a diagram, with photos, signed by the customer, and book stock deliveries in without going back to the depot. The app locks behind a PIN, Face ID or a fingerprint.

No installation required. AutoGlazer is a cloud-based service that runs in your web browser, from any device with an internet connection. For fitters in the field there are apps for iPhone, iPad and Android.

We take data security seriously. AutoGlazer uses industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission, and each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. Your data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres with regular backups. Sign-ins to the fitter app are protected by a PIN, Face ID or fingerprint, and the audit trail records changes to users and permissions.

We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run AutoGlazer, such as hosting, notifications and maps, and they may use it only to provide their service to us. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Setup is guided. We set up your company with you: branches, fitters, roles and the information you want to start with. Larger groups also get help with data migration. Once a fitter has been added they can sign in to the app straight away.

AutoGlazer works on all modern devices:

Your data syncs automatically across all devices, so you can access your business information wherever you are.

On the rolling monthly plan you can cancel at any time. An annual commitment runs for 12 months. When you cancel you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and we will help you export your data if needed. For more details, please see our Terms of Service.
